Achieving a cure for panic fits is challenging but certainly not difficult. Millions of people have some variety of anxiety or panic disorder and many may be able to completely conquer it and move on to live a confident, normal life.
But it does take dedication and some positive thinking to get there.

Although there are no known medical cures for panic attacks, folks regularly decide to follow natural remedies over taking prescription medications, which can have extreme side-effects.

It’s critical that a coronary or other serious physical problem isn’t mistaken for a panic episode. - Shortness of breath
- Choking sensation
- Nausea
- quivering or shaking
- a feeling of loss of control
- Chest agony or tightening
- Chills
- Hot flashes

The best panic cure looks to be one that changes the psychological thought patterns of a sufferer. This might include :
- Relaxation methodologies
- Slow respiring training
- Cognitive care
- Exposure therapy
- Relapse prevention

Many of us who have foreboding will have regular panic attacks, while others will only experience them very infrequently. Sufferers also find that they have bad and good days. On a good day you might be in a position to face situations that would otherwise cause an attack. Many people that suffer from tension thus try to avoid trigger eventualities, events and environments. However this is perhaps not the easiest way to establish a panic cure. Confronting the trigger can be the simplest way to get over it and this is the target of many types of panic fit treatments.

The first thing to do is simply relax your entire body and let the tension ease as much as possible. Then try some deep breathing exercises and remind yourself that everything is ok.

You can be successful.

It becomes highly important to breathe in the course of the attack, as you must regularize oxygen flow into the blood stream as otherwise there is a severe restriction on the efficacy of the blood flow that in turn ensures control on the mind and the body.

This can in a way escalate the panic in the course of the attempts to breathe into the gut. Unless there’s this practice under standard conditions, the person will find it difficult to breathe into the belly rather than the chest in the practice of a regular panic attack the next time.

Here are three tips that you may find helpful in this regard :
* Lie down on your back. After this, fix one of your hands forcefully onto your stomach and the other one lightly onto your belly. In reality, most o the air should enter the stomach and not the chest. Do not breathe heavily or at a fast rate. In fact, practice slow breathing at not more than 6-8 times per minute. Try to relax all of the while, not inviting any uncalled for for stress in course of this exercise.
* If in case the hand exercise isn’t enough in keeping down your stomach, try and lay some weight on it like a book weighing 4-6 pounds. The book should rise and fall with inhalation and exhalation respectively.
* In case the above 2 procedures have failed on you then try and walk on all four appendages that you have like a four legged animal. What occurs in this situation is that since the chest is pressed for space the stomach automatically takes in more air than the chest.
When you have gained acceptable practice in respiring into your belly using one of the three procedures noted above, you can lengthen the period of doing this and go up to 15- 20 minutes at one go. Having accomplished this, you can try and breathe into your belly in an upright sitting position and standing too. After this, you might extend the exercise program to your office hours and when you are driving or walking.

Again, don’t over press yourself in the course of any of these recommended exercises. Remember that you need to relax fully and you should never compromise when it comes to relaxing.
If you suffer with panic attacks, then Panic Away is a self-help electronic book that can help you. It shows you how to use some amazing methods to stop panic episodes dead in their tracks. Other techniques like deep relaxation and deep breathing methodologies may help decrease the length of your panic fits, but will not permanently cure them. These techniques don’t tackle the root cause of what triggers a panic attack.

Seth Chen is a self help expert who loves to find and test new techniques so aid his self development. He is a great fan of the Panic Away review. If you suffer from panic attacks, then this is a must read.
